On August 8, 2019, at the invitation of Dr. Huang Jun, general manager of JAJ Bearing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as JAJ), Professor Shan Hailiu from Sichuan University of Aeronautics and Astronautics visited our company, attended the fourth advanced technology lecture of JAJ, and gave a keynote speech on "surface design and surface characteristics regulation". All employees of all departments of JAJ attended.
After Professor Shan's visit, general manager Huang Jun introduced the basic situation of R & D company to Professor Shan in detail, and led the heads of technical centers to accompany the guests to visit the laboratory. During the visit, Professor Shan listened to the introduction of various test and analysis equipment and related technologies with great interest. From time to time, he asked about the technical status of JAJ products in automobile, railway and other application fields, provided relevant information and made full exchange. Professor Shan visited JAJ five to six years ago. Looking back on the situation, Professor Shan gave a high evaluation on the rapid improvement of JAJ's technical strength.
After the visit, a lecture on advanced technology was held. Starting from the important influence of the surface condition of the object on the mechanical design, Professor Shan introduced many interesting examples and the latest technical trends of the surface texture technology, and focused on the creep and control of the lubricating oil, introduced in detail the recent research results of the team led by Professor Shan. For JAJ technicians, they get a lot of inspiration while broadening their horizons. After the lecture, Professor Shan patiently gave detailed answers or explanations to the various questions enthusiastically raised by the participants.
Professor Wang Xiaolei has been engaged in the research of surface engineering and Tribology for a long time. He has won the third prize of national invention, the first prize of ministerial level scientific and technological progress, and won many titles such as "six talent peaks" of Jiangsu Province. Professor Shan has presided over and undertaken the National 863 and NSFC and other major projects. He has published more than 100 related papers and has been cited by SCI journals for more than 2000 times. At present, he is a member of many academic committees such as the chairman of MHD society, and a editorial board member of many academic journals such as journal of tribology.
