Bearing with holder can bear radial load, rapid acceleration and high speed running. Full roller bearing contains the largest number of roller, so it is suitable for very heavy radial load at medium speed. The roller end/flange contact area
JAJ cylindrical roller bearing¡¯s inner ring or outer ring has two integral lips to guide roller. Bearings have "open" flanges, the flange inside tends to a fixed angle. Roller end, flange design, roller end design, and surface finish cause to form lubricant film, in order to reduce the friction and the heat generated by the friction.
Roller Logarithmic contour
Roller contour decides roller/raceway contact area¡¯s stress distribution. Therefore, rollers of JAJ cylindrical roller bearing shows logarithmic contour, evenly distributing load of roller.
