Thrust ball bearing produced by JAJ can be divided into two: one-way or two-way. They can only carry axial load, will not bear any radial load.
JAJ thrust ball bearing is separable, namely, shaft ring, seat, steel ball and holder components which can be installed separately. Shaft ring is grinded with hole, in order to realize the interference fit. Seat hole is made by turning processing and become and is always greater than the shaft hole.
One-way thrust ball bearing
JAJ one-way thrust ball bearing consists of one shaft, one bearing washer, one ball and holder. As the name implies, one-way thrust ball bearings can only carry axial load in single direction, and can only make the single direction of axial positioning.
Two-way trust ball bearing
JAJ Two-way thrust ball bearing consists of one shaft ring, two bearing washers, two balls and holder.
Bearing washer, ball and holder are the same with one-way bearing. Two-way thrust ball bearings can withstand two-way axial load, and can make two-way axial positioning.
Thrust ball bearing with spherical bearing washer
In order to meet the initial difference between shaft and bearing seat, JAJ provides one-way and two-way thrust ball bearings; the bearing washer has spherical surface. They can be used with adjacent bearing washer or spherical seat washer of machine parts with spherical surface.
The corresponding spherical seat washers must be ordered separately.
According to the different bearing series, aligning seat washer has basic model U 2,U 3 or U4, adding two Numbers which represent size (for example, bearing 53320¡¯s aligning seat washer U 320).
